Ron Jackson


The Idea Farm was founded by Ron Jackson in 1973. He came to the business as a writer with a background in the fine arts, theater, and arts education. His work in the development and introduction of new brands in the consumer packaged products arena, farm and animal feed industries, and in manufacturing have earned him an international reputation for marketing excellence.

Martha Jackson

Production Manger

After academic training in computer science, Martha Jackson discovered the world of publishing and was involved in a regional network of community newspapers prior to joining The Idea Farm in 1993. Today, Ms. Jackson serves as account supervisor, production director, and web design coordinator.

Graham Jackson

Account Manager

A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Graham brings nearly seven years in the tech world to his palate of skills and includes photography, web design and architecture, and concept management.

Emma Jackson

Creative Consultant

Emma is a Newman's Own Foundation Fellow working as Program Coordinator for The Resolution Project, a global non-profit. Centered in New York City, she works with Idea Farm clients on a number of different projects including photography, public relations, social media, and website design. She has a Bachelors degree in International Studies from Centre College.

Melissa French


Designer, mom, wife, queso lover and planner. Melissa loves being a creative problem solver, partnering with clients to create a professional brand that will attract, excite and impact. Melissa has been creating award winning designs for over 15 years.

Heather Arbuckle

Web Developer

Heather is dedicated to making the internet a prettier place. As a dabbler in all things digital, she specializes in web design and development with ample experience in video production, graphic design, marketing, branding, and motion graphics.
