The client

Real American Hardwood is a national coalition that teaches people about real American hardwood. Its website is where that education lives, and in March it barely showed up in search.

The challenge
  • 67 ranking keywords, and only 6 of them on page one of Google
  • About 50 estimated organic visits a month
  • Content that had to stay on message for an industry group
Our take“Answer the question people actually type, then make sure Google can read the page.”
What we did
  1. Blog content. Articles built around real searches, reviewed by a person before they went live.
  2. Technical SEO. Fixed what was holding the site back so Google could crawl and rank it.
  3. Social media. Every article shared on their social channels to put it in front of people.
  4. Monthly reporting. Rankings and traffic tracked every month, and more of what worked.
What this means for you

SEO compounds. The first months look slow, then pages start stacking up on page one. If you need calls this month, start with ads.
