Houston marketing company

We build the system that turns leads into customers.

Ads that bring in the right people, follow-up that answers in minutes, a CRM that keeps every lead moving, and numbers you can actually read. One team runs all of it. Most clients start with ads.

Why we work this way

I was the client first.

I owned a barbershop. An agency sold me a video and a website for $10,000 and promised it would take the shop to the next level. The chairs stayed empty. Later, The Idea Farm put $500 in ads behind that same video and people started walking in.

The video wasn’t the problem. Nobody had built the system around it. In 2022 I bought into The Idea Farm and rebuilt it around that lesson. I don’t guarantee things. I put KPIs in place.

The math

Do you have a lead problem or a sales problem?

Here’s how we figure it out on the call. If it costs $40,000 a month to run your business and your average job is $2,500, you need 16 jobs a month just to cover costs. If your phone rings once or twice a week, that’s a lead problem. Ads fix that. If you’re getting 60 calls and closing 5, that’s a sales problem. More ads won’t fix it.

Lead problem or sales problem?

Put in your own numbers. The defaults are the example from the call.

How we’re different

Three things we do on every account.

  1. 01

    Tracking before spend.

We install it and run a real test conversion before any budget goes live. Form fills, booked calls and phone calls over 60 seconds each get counted separately. Then we send closed deals from your CRM back to Google, so it learns what a customer looks like, not just a form fill.

  2. 02

    One channel at a time.

Google or Meta first, not both. Split a budget across two platforms and neither gets enough data to work. We add the second channel only when the first is producing at a known cost.

  3. 03

    Flat fee.

One flat monthly fee, quoted in writing, no matter what you spend. When an agency takes a percentage of spend, it makes more money when you spend more. We don’t think that’s the right incentive.

Questions

What people ask before they book.

What happens on the 20-minute call?

We look at your current ads and tracking, ask how your team handles new leads, and tell you whether we’d change anything. If we’re a fit, we’ll walk you through the offer and the price on the call.

How much does it cost?

Every service is a flat fee, quoted in writing on the call before you sign anything. Ads management is a flat monthly fee for one channel plus a one-time setup, and you’ll need at least $1,500 a month in ad spend, paid directly to Google or Meta. Fractional CMO, websites, CRM and the Acquisition System are scoped on the call.

Do I have to replace my current agency or vendors?

No. Most people who call us already have someone. The question we ask is simple. Can they tell you which campaigns produced paying customers, not form fills? If yes, stay. If not, let’s talk.

How fast will I see results?

Leads and spend show on your dashboard from launch week. Launch is usually in week 3, after tracking is tested. Day 90 is the formal review, when there’s enough data to make real decisions. We don’t promise lead counts before we’ve seen your account.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Owner-led service businesses, mostly in home services, construction, healthcare and professional services, usually doing $500K to $10M a year.

Where are you located?

Houston, in Midtown. We work with clients across Texas and beyond.
